It is clear to many that the major powers are posturing for the much anticipated World War III confrontation. Africa is strategically located and available in the center of the anticipated war theater. Additionally, Africa can be a major supply center, since it is rich in many of the minerals and supplies of war.

The AU would be wise to create a federation of African unity that begins to minimize its vulnerability as a staging area or a battle ground. Clearly a continued foreign military buildup will soon render the AU null and void. Increasing tensions in Ukraine, Palestine and Somalia will dictate recolonization of Africa if this military buildup is not reversed.

It is vital that Africa quickly turn its attention to unification and industrialization to solidify the gains that have been made in sovereignty and independence. Time is running out to realize the inevitable direction that these activities will take.

There are simple and inexpensive ways to increase commerce and develop stronger economies that require a new approach for Africa. Africans must diversify their crop mix to produce plants with more utility and greater financial viability. As the masses become financially empowered, nations will be able to improve their own living conditions, security, infrastructure and education. The possibilities are endless with small adjustments that are possible today. SEE---> https://archive.org/details/@for_the_brews

I appreciate the concern of PSC to intermediate the two countries. But, why the International communities and Somalia as a country did not recognize Somaliland's sovereignty as an independent country? What if Ethiopia recognizes Somaliland's sovereignty? As Ethiopia is an independent country by itself, what makes Somalia becomes tensioned so that Ethiopia is finding solution for it sea port? As a sovereign country Ethiopia has a right to sign with any neighboring country.
