Gabon

Gabon has been a member of the PSC two times for three-year term and once for two-year term, serving the PSC for a total of eight years.

Membership years: 2004-07, 07-10, and 18-20

Gabon was on PSC's agenda once in 2016 in the context of election related violence following the August 2016 presidential elections, and another time in 2019, connected to the attempted coup d’état that was led by a group of soldiers in January 2019.
