Amani Africa’s flagship project ‘Insights on the PSC’ is the regular analysis on the issues before the PSC to be produced and made publicly available ahead of the convening of the session of the PSC. Our special research reports offer in-depth analysis on standing and emerging thematic issues on the agenda of the PSC and developments around the working methods or processes of the PSC. Through our policy briefs we address country specific situations and Amani Africa’s Handbook on the African Union Peace and Security Council is aimed at functioning as a guide to the procedures, practices and traditions of the PSC. The first edition of the Handbook was published in 2020, to be updated through upcoming editions.
